We provide writing and editing services for fundraising content such as appeal letters, campaign brochures, flyers, newsletter articles, text for social media, campaign materials and support materials.  You can contract with CPGE for the written content, for editing, or for a comprehensive plan that includes:

  • Versions of the appeals for different segments

  • Adaptations for social media

  • Drafted pledge forms, letters of intent, BRE gift envelopes and inserts 

  • Recommendations on recipient groups and methods for selecting these

  • Timelines for mail drop and media release, follow up, and reporting requirements

  • Draft of basic thank you letters, tax letters, and personalized letters

  • Related recommendations for a highly effective mailing

To create the most effective materials for you, we will need sufficient background and understanding of your work and mission, so our time will include phone, zoom/remote or in-person preparatory meetings. If we have worked with you in the past, this can be relatively short but there is a $400 minimum for writing an appeal letter. Your fee will be based on time, with our estimate in advance of the work.
