CPGE was founded in 1982 to support non-profit organizations across Vermont, New Hampshire, and beyond. Over the years, Christine and her associates have shared their expertise in non-profit advancement and development with the leadership of hundreds of organizations. Christine has been called the “guru” of capital campaigns, and our services are often sought when organizations are at pivotal points of expansion or stress or significant change.

CPGE offers a variety of consulting services, with a core focus on planning and coaching annual and capital fundraising. We are a small, Vermont-based business with exceptional connections and networks within the state of Vermont. We customize our services and scope to meet the needs of our clients, from simple advice to more involved implementation. We help advance the mission of our clients, but we do not solicit contributions nor share confidential client or donor information between organizations. We work as advisors, coaches, researchers, trainers, writers and planners. Our recommendations are informed by professional experience but do not include sharing data or information specific to any individuals or clients. Typically, each client will have access to two consultants on our team, allowing for multiple perspectives and on-call level availability.
